How support works

Start with the Learning Hub for setup and product guidance. If you need account access, open the right sign-in. If you are a customer looking for invoices or payments, use the Customer Portal instead of the company sign-in.

1. Start with the right sign-in first: Finance, a specialist suite, Accountant, or Customer Portal.
2. Use the Learning Hub for setup, reporting, payroll, billing, and role guidance.
3. Use the access guide or portal if you are not sure which sign-in applies.
